Description

Construction of an office building 'Covent Garden' on the Place Rogier in Brussels (lot 2 structural work), consisting of a building with 10 floors of a building with 26 floors, 72,000 m² in total, bound by a atrium on the ground floor and construction of underground parking for 350 cars.

• Period of study: February 2005 to February 2006 (12 months).
• Construction period: 2005 to 2006.

This project was won through the introduction of an alternative offering a prefabricated structure (columns, beams, slabs) against a study proposing a structure cast in place.
